What data the tools access

The tools use the YouTube API Services and sign in with Google OAuth, only for the channel owner's own account. Depending on the tool, they access:

Channel and video data of the owner's channels (titles, statistics, YouTube Analytics reports such as views, watch time, impressions) – youtube.readonly, yt-analytics.readonly.
Comments on the owner's videos (comment text, public author name, date) to draft replies for the owner and to hold comments for review – youtube.force-ssl. Replies are only drafts; nothing is posted automatically.
Video uploads to the owner's own music channel – youtube.upload.

TikTok

The tools use TikTok for Developers (Login Kit, Content Posting API, Display API), only for the owner's own TikTok account. They access:

Basic profile (open ID, display name, avatar) to confirm the right account is connected – user.info.basic.
Video upload as a draft: a finished video is sent to the owner's TikTok inbox, where the owner reviews and posts it in the TikTok app – video.upload. Nothing is posted publicly by the tools.
The owner's own videos and their public statistics (views, likes, comments, shares) to measure how each video performed – video.list.

TikTok's handling of data is described in the TikTok Privacy Policy. Access can be revoked at any time in the TikTok app under Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services permissions.

Instagram

For the owner's own Instagram professional account the tools use the Instagram API (Meta) to read the owner's own posts and their insights and to publish Reels the owner has approved. Meta's handling of data is described in the Instagram Privacy Policy.

How the data is used and stored

Data is used only to analyse and manage the owner's own channels and accounts.
It is stored locally on the owner's computer. Access tokens are stored in a protected local file and never shared.
Data is not sold, not shared with third parties and not used for advertising.
Analytics data is kept for up to 90 days; comment data until the comment is handled, then at most 30 days.

The use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

YouTube and Google

By using these tools you are bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Revoking access and deletion

Access can be revoked at any time on the Google security settings page. To have stored data deleted, write to info@collectculture.de; it is deleted within 7 days.
