Collect Culture Tools · last updated November 2, 2026

"Collect Culture Tools" (also shown as "ccsocials") is a private set of tools run by Felix Blank on a private computer. The tools prepare and manage videos for the owner's own Collect Culture accounts on YouTube, TikTok and Instagram.

Who may use the tools

The tools are not offered to the public. The only user is the owner, Felix Blank, with his own accounts. No one else can sign up or connect an account.

What the tools do

Prepare captions, titles and thumbnails for the owner's own videos.
Send finished videos to the owner's own accounts only after the owner has approved each one. On TikTok, videos are sent as drafts to the owner's inbox and posted by the owner in the TikTok app.
Read statistics of the owner's own videos to measure how they performed.

The tools do not like, follow, comment or message on anyone's behalf and do not access other people's accounts.

Platform terms

Use of each platform stays subject to its own terms: YouTube Terms of Service, TikTok Terms of Service, Instagram Terms of Use.

Privacy

How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

No warranty

The tools are provided as they are, for private use, without any warranty.
